As a member of EFN Free UNIX Shells, you are strictly prohibited from using our servers and resources to engage in any illegal activities. These include, but are not limited to:

• Transfer or storage of unauthorized software,
• Transfer or storage of copyrighted music without permission,
• Transfer or storage of child exploitation material in any form,
• Any actions designed to facilitate or support illegal or exploitative activities.

EFN does not endorse, support, or condone the use of its servers or services for any form of illegal, fraudulent, or exploitative conduct.

Any user found to be engaging in or attempting to use EFN's resources for unlawful purposes will face immediate account termination without prior notice and may be reported to the appropriate authorities. EFN reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or modify content, or revoke registrations at their sole discretion. Consequences for violating these terms may include immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and/or legal action.

By using EFN's services, you agree to take full responsibility for the security and confidentiality of your account access parameters, including usernames, passwords, and other login details. It is your responsibility to restrict access to your account and to ensure that only authorized individuals can use your account. EFN assumes no liability for any data loss or account compromise resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.

All activity originating from your account is considered your responsibility. Specifically, you are accountable for:

• Any actions performed through your account, regardless of when they occurred,
• All data sent from your account,
• All data received by your account.
• All data relayed through your account.

Each user is permitted to have only one account. Attempting to create multiple accounts or re-register after a ban or account deletion is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.

Any detected suspicious or non-compliant activity may lead to account review and immediate action if necessary. This monitoring is in place to protect all users and uphold the service’s safety standards.
